Smith, Josephine R. Josephine R. Smith, age 91 of Evanston. Beloved wife of the late Charles H. Smith; loving mother of David (the late Sandra), Cynthia (Andrew) Alexander, Christopher (Barbara) and Donnan (Curtis) Barnes; proud grandmother of 10; fond sister of Julian Reeves Jr.; many nieces and nephews. A memorial celebration of Josephine's life will be held Tuesday May 24, 2011 at 10:00 am in the Elliott Chapel of Presbyterian Homes, 3131 Simpson St. (Golf Road), Evanston, IL 60201. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Geneva Foundation of the Presbyterian Homes, 3200 Grant Street, Evanston, IL 60201.
