State of Illinois County of Cook I, Amelia L. Glidden, do solemnly affirm, that at a meeting of the members of the Wilmette Union Evangelical Association, held at the School House in Wilmette, in the County of Cook, and State of Illinois, on the third day of April, A.D. 1873 for that purpose, the following persons were elected, Sam[ue]l Mitchell, Tho[ma]s B. Morris, C. A. Vail, C. R. Stouffer and Sam[ue]l Dingee, trustees, according to the rules and usages of such society. And such society adopted as its corporate name the Wilmette Union Evangelical Association. And at said meeting this affiant acted as secretary. Amelia L.
