- All three District 39 School Board candidates who supported the district's call for a tax-rate increase have won election for four-year terms. They are Karen Donnan, Keith Dronnen and Alice Schaff. Laurie Stogin, the fourth candidate, was not elected. She was the sole candidate to oppose the referendum.
