Wood, Beth J. 78, of Glenview, formerly of Northfield and Winnetka, March 4, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Wood. Loving mother of Molly (Jim) Heald, Peter Thompson, and Jane (Pat) Cahill. Proud grandmother of Jay, Mimi, Andrew, Molly, Tommy, and the late Peter. Beth was an avid golfer and enjoyed her winters in Scottsdale, AZ. She was a realtor on the North Shore for over 20 years. Memorial service Thursday 3 p.m. at Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave, Kenilworth IL. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Midwest Palliative and Hospice Care, 2050 Claire Ct, Glenview, IL 60025. Arrangements by N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, Glenview.
