- The First Presbyterian Church of Evanston had a Harvest Home dinner on Friday which was led by Rev. David Hugh Jones. Davis R. Forgan was toastmaster and speakers included Mr. William W. Buchanan, Mr. M. C. Armoour, Mr. F. W. Gerould, James A. Patton, Rev. John N. Mills (of whose first pastorate Dr. Jones was a member of the choir at Idaho Falls), and Rev. Davis Hugh Jones. Assistant pastor, Rev. Morton Merrill, who recently took a new parish, was remembered.
