New online catalog named BiblioCommons was launched March 1. Voter registration March 5. Artists from Wilmette Arts guild will exhibit at the annual Members' Show through April in the Auditorium. Colum McCann, the author of "Let the Great World Spin," the One Book, Everybody Reads selection for 2011, will speak May 22 at teh Community Recreation Center. Women in Business Lunch March 4. Frank Lloyd Wright's Romance with Japan will be discussed by Bob Karr March 5. The Janus Trio will perform March 6. First Monday Readers aka Great Books, will meet March 7 to discuss "Origin of Government" by Thomas Hobbes. Off-site book talks for seniors March 4 at Meskill Center and Mather Place. Classics and Contemporary Book Group will meet March 8 to discuss "The Puttermesser Papers" by Cynthia Ozick. Armchair Travels will be presented by Myrla Brand, Dieter Klugge, Jeff and Stephanie Emrich and Foil Miller. Current Events Roundtable will meet March 7 and 21. Diabetes Support Group will meet March 9. Internet Scavenger Hunt for Teen Tech Week March 7-13. Teen Room Gaming March 12. K-9 Reading Buddies of the North Shore will be on hand March 9 and April 13. Reservations are required.
