A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Wolschon last week Wednesday.
The Evening club was entertained by Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Nilles last Saturday evening.
Mr. Joseph Fecher returned last Saturday from Europe. He left her August 8 last to visit his birthplace in Bavaria.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cody and Max Engels left Wednesday for Ratoon, N. M., where they will make their future home.
Mr. Henry Jensen and family left last week for Donaldson, Ind., where Mr. Jensen will take charge of an eighty-acre farm.
Mr. John Evert was taken to St. Francis hospital last week, and his son peter will stay there also to be near his aged father.
The Ladies Card club was entertained by Mrs. A. M. Lauermann last Thursday. The prize winners were Mrs. Helen Sesterheim, first prize; Mrs. John Huerter, second and Mrs. Henry Hoth, third prize.
