- Village officials announced Friday that Wilmette will pay $3.675 million to Wilmette Village Center LLC for the former Ford site property at 611 Green Bay Road, Wilmette. The development company sued Wilmette last year, accusing it of capriciously blocking the company's building attempts. Once village trustees approve the agreement the developer's lawsuit will be dismissed.
