- Anthony Rapoport was charged with the Christmas Day murder of his aunt, Nancee Rapoport, at the Wilmette home they shared with his grandparents at 3155 Hill Lane. Cook County Circuit Court Judge Timothy Chambers held over the preliminary hearing until January 6. Rapoport is being held on an $8 million bond set Dec. 27 by Judge Marcia Orr, following his Dec. 25 arrest. Comments by his uncle, Kenneth Rapoport. Anthony Rapoport's grandparents, Herschel and Celeste Rapoport, have moved out of the house and are living on Chicago's North Side with their son Charles.
