An art exhibition honoring the late cartoonist Hal Foster, who used to live in Evanston and Wilmette, is now on view through March 1 3 at the NOrth Shore Senior Center, 161 Northfield Road, Northfield. The event is curated by Sid Weiskirch of Skokie. Foster drew the Tarzan and Prince Valiant comic strips starting in the 1930s. - Date of Publication
