Thomas C. Andrews, 83, of 1137 Forest avenue, Wilmette, died Sunday in his home. He was a retired agent for carpet and rug manufacturers in Chicago. A native of Decatur, he lived in Wilmette for 20 years. Surviving are his widow, Mary G; two daughters, Mrs. Irma Bell of Wilmette address and Mrs. Jane Culbertson of Saginaw, Mich; a son, Jack of Elmhurst; a brother and a sister; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday in William H. Scott Funeral Home in Wilmette. Burial was in Montrose Cemetry in Chicago.
