- Jean C. Welch, died November 7, 2010 at Evanston Hospital. Born August 11, 1923, in Broken Bow, Nebraska She married Captain Albert R. Welch in 1946. Interment occurred November 12 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, IL where she rests next to Albert and her daughter Julia. She is survived by her two sons, William (Ritsuko) of Evanston, IL and Robert (Mary) of Moraga, CA and by her grandchildren; Alexander, Walter, Rebecca, Julien and Haiden. She is also survived by her brothers, Dick Cook of Corning, IA and Robert Cook of Desert Hot Springs, CA.
