- Philip James Foley III M.D., 83, of Wilmette passed away on Nov. 26, 2010. Dr. Foley was born on May 6, 1927 the son of Philip James II and Helen Foley of River Forest. He is survived by sons, Mark and Thomas, of Wilmette; daughter, Joan (Randy) Eubanks, and grandchildren, Grant and Lily Eubanks, of Idaho Falls, ID; and former wife, Ellen Foley, of Wilmette. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Nancy (J. Thomas) Foley, of Riverside; nephew, Michael (Karen M.D.) Foley, of Riverside; and niece, Michelle (Ted) Fitz-Henry, of Forest Park. He was preceded in death by his brother, J. Thomas (Nancy) Foley, and sister, Celeste Andre, nee Foley.
