- New Trier sophomore Carina Glastris, 15, of Winnetka, competed last weekend at USFSA Midwestern Sectionals in Ann Arbor, MIchigan, with her partner Kevin Allsion in the Junior Ice Dance Competition. They qualified for the championships in Greensboro, N.C. Jan. 22-30, 2011. Her two sisters also qualified for their championships, Celia Glastris, age 12, and Georgia Glastris, age 18. Georgia, who skates for Greece, is the Junior and Senior Champion of that country.
