- Mrs. Marie C. Loutsch, 97, a lifelong resident of Wilmette, died last Saturday at the home of one of her two sons, Michael F. Loutsch, 2301 Wilmette Avenue. Mrs. Loutsch was the widow of the late John P. Loutsch. Besides the son with whom she had been making her home, Mrs. Loutsch is survived by another son, Henry H. Loutsch, and a daughter, Mrs. Catherine Hoffman, both of Wilmette, 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
The house where Mrs. Loutsch was born June 25, 1857, in what was then the village of Gross Point still stands at 2648 Glenview Road. The Loutsch family home, however, for many years was at 2321 Glenview Road. - Date of Publication
