- Several hundred former American prisoners of war have issued a plea for humanitarian treatment of American GIs being held in North Vietnam. Resolution was adopted April 15 in Cincinnati at the 25th reunion of WWII prisoners of Stalag Luft III. Among the men was Donald E. Casey, 466 Highcrest Dr., Wilmette. Casey's comments on the resolution.
