- Trustees voted Jan. 9 to approve a five-story project with 55 condominiums and first floor retail space for the former Wil-Shore Ford property at 611 Green Bay Road. Later the same evening a Shiner Group proposal was voted down for a four-story building with 33 condos and first-floor retail space at 165 Green Bay Road. Bill Shiner said he won't build residential units there in consequence of the vote opting instead for single story retail and a bank. Comments by Wood Court resident Bob McWilliams.
