- Arthur Stowe Van Deusen, 69, died Monday in Hendersonville, N.C. Born in Evanston. He owned and operated Van Deusen Grocery in Wilmette. Mr. Van Deusen is survived by his widow, Mary; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Goelz of Evanston; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Law of Sierra Madre, Cal., and three grandchidren.
