- Creative Dance Theatre of the North Shore and Chicago Musical Connection joined forces for an evening of dance and music June 2 in the Wilmette Community Recreation Center auditorium. Four 2006 dance scholarships were awarded to Janet Guo of Wilmette, Aria Elizabeth Fiat and K. Degan Gottlieb, both of Glencoe, and Caroline Bukar of Chicago. Scholarships also given in 2005 to Christine Humbach and Maisie Wiltshire-GOrdon, both of Wilmette. The evening raised $1,540.
