Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:
2006-Z-57 - 2245 Kenilworth Avenue
A request by Ruth Borushek for a 175.27 square foot, (2.65% of lot area and 5.48% of allowable) and a 1.49' side yard adjoining a street setback to permit the construction of a second floor addition to a legal nonconforming structure on the property legally described as:
