Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2006-Z-31 -178 Prairie Avenue
A request by Jerry Burin for a 3.0 square foot (0.71%) total rear yard impervious surface coverage variation and a 414.0 square foot (97.14%) rear yard impervious surface coverage variation to permit the construction of a two-car parking pad on the legal nonconforming property legally described as:
The East 28.00 feet of Lot 10 (Measured on the North Line of said Lot) in Block 1 in McCannery's Addition to Wilmette, said Addition being a Subdivision of that part of Lots 10, 11, 12 and 13 of a Subdivision of Baxter's Share of South Section of Ouilmette Reservation lying on the Northeasterly Side of the highway known as Gross Point Avenue in Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
