- About 1,500 guests attended the 18th annual Keshet Rainbow banquet at the Hilton Chicago March 19. Robert and Debbie Hartman were honored for their commitment to Keshet, a network of recreational, educational and vocational programs for chilsren and young adults with special needs. The organization raised $250,000 for scholarships to educational institutions and summer camps.
