- Mrs. Elvira Van Deusen 86, died suddenly Saturday October 24, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edwin P. Phelps, with whom she had lived for 32 years, or ever since the death of her husband, Charles F. Van Deusen. Mrs. Phelps lives at 260 Wood court, Wilmette. She was born in Madison, Wis. In addition to her daughter, Mrs. Phelps, she is survived by 5 grandchilderen, all of whom are residents of the North Shore, and two sisters, Mrs. James Healy and Mrs. Frederick Stingle, both of Chicago. Burial took place at Rosehill cemetery.
