Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2006-Z-13 1018 Oakwood Avenue
A request by Tom McDaniel for a 1 space parking variation and a special use to construct an accessory structure larger than 600 square feet in area on the property legally described as:
The West 14 Feet of Lot 29 and All of Lot 30 in Curtis Resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10 in Block 11, in the Village of Wilmette, in Cook County, Illinois.

2005-Z-37 707 Linden Avenue
A request by Marc and Rita Bartolone for a 3.95' front yard porch setback variation, a 5.62' front yard step setback variation and a 33.94 square foot (16.97%) front porch impervious coverage variation to permit the construction of a front porch on the legal nonconforming structure located on the property known as:
Lot 2 in Block 23 in Lake Shore Addition to Wilmette in Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

2006-Z-38 200 Golf Terrace
A request by Kevin Mudd to retain a nonconforming structure (driveway) upon the demolition of the principal structure (single family home) on the property legally described as:
