Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth.
The agenda for the meeting is a follows:
I. Call to Order and Roll Call
II. Approval of Minutes of the April 6, 2006 Meeting
III. Public Hearings Regarding the Following Cases:
A. Robert and Diane Baj have made application for a variation to construct a retaining wall more than one foot above the adjoining grade in the front yard setback in the Residential R-4 District, commonly known as 712 Kent Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
B. Richard and Amy Thompson have made application for a variation to construct a one story rear addition which will exceed the maximum floor area by 472.65 square feet (10.8%) and the maximum building coverage by 83.47 square feet (2.9%) in the Residential R-2 District, commonly known as 567 Earlston Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
C. Todd and Christine Stephens have made application for a variation to construct a one story rear addition which will exceed the maximum floor area by 82.30 square feet (1.8%) in the Residentail R-1 District, commonly known as 235 Raleigh Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
D. Charles and Anne Marie Magolske have made application for a variation to construct one and two story additions which will exceed the maximum floor area by 662.79 square feet (19.9%) in the Residential R-3 District, commonly known as 421 Ridge Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
E. John and Michelle Kane have made application for a variation to construct a one story side addition which will have a total side yard setback 4.28 feet less than required in the Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 422 Abbotsford Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
F. Stanton Cook has made application for a variation to construct a one story rear addition which will exceed the maximum floor area by 437.61 square feet (8.1%) and the maximum building coverage by 51.48 square feet (1.4%) in the Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 224 Raleigh Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
G. Cameel Halim has made application for a variation to construct a two story rear addition which will exceed the maximum floor area by 2,094.85 square feet (37.8%) and the maximum building coverage by 710.68 square feet (12.8%) in the Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 157 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois.:
