- David “Chase” Lockett Jr., 53, died in Chicago Aug. 5.
Mr Lockett was born in Baltimore.
Survivors include Leslie Lockett; their two children, Jonathan and Keren Lockett of Kenilworth; two brothers, Michael Lockett of Highwood and James Lockett of Lake Forest; two nieces, Sarah and Katy Lockett of Lake Forest; and one nephew, Robert McCrary Lockett of Wilmette.
Mr. Lockett was preceded in death by his parents the David Lockett Sr. and Charlotte Jean Lockett, both of Lake Forest.
