- John M. Schafehen, formerly of Winnetka, died Monday at St. Ann's Home, in Techny, where he had resided for the past seven years. He was 93 years old. Husband of the late Anna Schafehen, he is survived by four children, Mrs. Louise Zelle of California, Harold of 438 Birch Street, Winnetka, Clarence of Highland Park, and Lee of Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Katherine Brinkmeyer of Denver; and two brothers, Henry Leasch of Denver and Anton Clifford of Wilmette. Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Northbrook.
