- Maud B. Spinney had petitioned to have two lots fronting on Forest and Twelfth rezoned for resubdivision into three lots. A group of neighbors opposed her petition. Village President Harry C. Kinne told the two groups of petitioners that a decision would be forthcoming by the next board meeting, December 16.
