Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Thursday, April 6, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
I. Call to Order and Roll Call
II. Approval of Minutes of the February 9, 2006 Meeting
III. Public Hearings Regarding the Following Cases:
A. The Kenilworth Assembly Hall Association has made application for a Special Use Permit and a variation to construct a one story side addition and a one story rear addition which will exceed the maximum lot coverage by 175.51 square feet (2.5%) and will have a side yard setback 8.67 feet less than the required 10 foot setback in the Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 410 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois.
B. Robert and Diane Baj have made application for a variation to construct a retaining wall more than one foot above the adjoining grade in the front yard setback in the Residential R-4 District, commonly known as 712 Kent Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.
C. The Kenilworth Union Church has made application for a variation to erect 2 tent and 3 canopies for the Annual Rummage Sale, to be in place for 14 days, which exceeds the allowed time period of 7 days, in Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 211 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois.
D. Alexander Kek and Anna Ivanenko have made application for a variation to construct a two story rear addition which will exceed the maximum floor area by 166.53 square feet (6.2%) in the Residential R-4 District, commonly known as 559 Brier Street, Kenilworth, Illinois.
E. Aetna Development has made application for a variation to provide 8 parking spaces less than the required 20 parking spaces as per Article 14, Section 14.2(B) of the Kenilworth Zoning Ordinance due to the remodeling and change of occupancy of the existing building in the Business B-3 District, commonly known as 624 Green Bay Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.
F. Sean and Jennifer Bisceglia have made application for a variation to construct an expansion of an existing attached garage which will have a rear yard setback 16.31 feet less than required in the Residential R-1 District, commonly known as 110 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois.
The Village of Kenilworth is subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
