- Herbert Arthur McCord, 1189 Asbury avenue, Winnetka, died at his home Saturday, November 22, at the age of 82. He was born in Paris, Ill., on June 29, 1859. Besides his widow, Mr. McCord leaves three children, Mrs. Coleman Ross of Winnetka, Mrs. John G. Roberts of Los Angeles, Cal., and William W. McCord of Detroit, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Frost of Santa Barbara, Cal., and Miss Eva McCord of Chicago; two brothers, D. W. McCord and Alvin C. McCord of Detroit; and four grandchildren. Interment was in Memorial Park cemetery.
