Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:
2005-Z-66 2031 Elmwood Avenue
A request by the Ronald Knox Montessori School for a .2% rear yard total impervious surface coverage variation, a 30.2% rear yard driveway impervious surface coverage variation, a 1.67' front yard setback variation, an 11' retaining wall front yard setback variation, a 4.2% front yard impervious surface coverage variation, a 25.4% combined side yard setback variation, a 4' parking space setback variation, a variation to allow a parking space in the front yard and a school special use to permit the reconstruction and expansion of a Montessori school on the property legally described as:
