- Cameel Halim, a Kenilworth resident and developer, bought the house at 157 Kenilworth Avenue, from developer Antoinette Vigilante, who had planned to demolish it and build a new house. A neighborhood group, Citizens for Kenilworth, had been trying to save the building which was designed by architect Daniel Burnham. Halim plans to restore the house and resell it.
