Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2005-Z-39 311 Third Street

A request by Susan H. Nelson for a 5.8' rear yard setback variation, a 361.25 square foot (12.1%) total rear yard impervious surface coverage variation and a 128.21 square foot (7.36%) structural rear yard impervious surface coverage variation to permit the construction of an addition on a legal nonconforming structure on the property legally described as:
