- Patricia McKnew Nielsen, 83, a resident of Winnetka, died July 16.
Mrs. Nielsen was born Jan. 3, 1922, in Washington, D.C. She married Arthur C. Nielsen, Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Arthur C. Nielsen, Jr.; two sons, Arthur C., III of Winnetka and J. Christopher Nielsen of New Orleans; one daughter, Elizabeth Nielsen Cocciarelli of Florence, Italy; seven grandchildren; one sister, Susan Caskin of Washington, D.C.; and one brother, Donald H. McKnew, Jr. of Washington, D.C.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5 at Christ Church, 784 Sheridan Road, Winnetka.
