- The Judiciary Committee for the new Village Board has recommended a liquor license to Charlie's Coffee House, 1126 Central Ave. to serve beer and wine. Bob Dannon operates the coffee house in a space adjacent to his downtown frame and art store. The recommendation will go before the full board for a vote ug. 23. If approved the license could be granted in September.
