- Wilmette Hadassah's annual Spring Fashion Show was held May 4 at Highland Park Country Club. Barbara Kahn of Wilmette was coordinator with raffle co-chairs Sharon Abelman of Skokie and Hendy Palmer of Wilmette. The event was one of several in which the organized raised $35,000 to buy equipment for the Hadassah hospital in Israel.
