Notes
The village, Wilmette Chamber of Commerce and property owners in the Fourth and Linden neighborhood are taking steps to revitalize the business district. The consultants report developed last year outlined some options such as design guidelines, special taxing districts and zoning changes. The village is also working with the North Shore Convention and Visitor Bureau to devlope a walking tour of historic buildings in the area starting from the Baha'i Temple. Some new businesses have moved into the area recently including R3 Decor, a resale and consignment shop at 405 1/2 Linden, Alchemy Coffee House at 416 Linden owned by Julie and Blair Cook, Helen Kim hair cutting service at 410 Linden Ave..
