- Sasha Djordjevic, 19, and his brother Milosh, 24, purchased the Chuck Wagon restaurant, 1120 Central Ave., on Jan. 1st from Bill Vastos. For most of the last three decades the tiny diner was run by Sam Vastis or various members of his family.
