Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:
2005-Z- 7 717 Greenwood Avenue A request by Elaine Linehan for a 328.17 square foot (11.64%) lot coverage variation and a 1,178.54 square foot (25.88%) floor area variation to permit the expansion of a kitchen and addition of a rear bay window on the south side of the structure located on the property legally described as: 717 Greenwood Ave., Wilmette, being on the W. 10 feet of Lot 4 and Lot 5 in Block 9 in Union Addition to Wilmette in Section 27-42-13, E. of the 3rd P.M.
