- William John Walusiak, 84 of Wilmette, died Saturday March 5 in Evanston Hospital.
Mr. Walusiak was born in Chicago, Aug. 1, 1920 to the late Katherine (nee Cernek) and Frank Walusiak. Survivors include his wife of 57 years Rosemary (nee Schmitz); two sons, Wayne (Susie) of Spring Grove, Ill. and Kenneth (Debbie) of Des Plaines; six daughters, Caryn (Hazim) Zakko of Chicago, Trish (Steven) Jaffe of Evanston, Wendy (Donald) Wils of Glenview, Mary Stephanie (David) Kuhlow of Spring Hill, Fla, Merry (Stanley) Clark of Glenview and Karla (Gary) Hypes of Naperville; seven grandchildren, Benjamin, Lauren, Jennifer, Eric, Taylor, Dillon and Autumn, two brothers-in-law, Joseph (the late Marian) Schmitz of Greendale, Wis. and Richard (the late Marilee) Schmitz of Des Plaines; and many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by one brother, Edward (Dorothy); and one sister, Victoria (the late William) Anderson.
