- Wilmette League of Women Voters will sponsor a forum Sunday, March 13, for village candidates. From 1:30-2:30 candidates for a four-year term on the Village Board will appear, John Levin, Karen Spillers, Robert Spriggs, Alan Swanson and Lali Watt are running for three open seats. From 2:45 to 3:30 p.m. the forum will include three candidates for two two-year terms on the Village Board. They are Joanne Aggens, Jay G. Rowell and Mari Terman. From 3:45 to 4:45 the three candidates for village president will appear. They are Chris Canning, Paul Charnetzki and Bernie Michna. Another forum will be held March 20 to present the candidates for three seats on the Wilmette Library Board. They are Cinda Axley, Bruce Ente, Ronald Rodgers and Yana Serdyuk. Park Board candidates running for three Wilmette Park Board seats are Robert S. Altman, James Brault, Cecelia Carlson, Diana Cohen, Richard Marcus and T. Sean Ryan. Eight candidates for Elementary School District 39 Board will also meet. They are Alan Dolinko, Beatrice Edwards, Ronald Gilbert, Greg Johnson, Greg Polan, John Relias, Tim Scherman and Kimberly Vassilous.
