- Thomas A. Cummings Jr., 58, of 946 Locust Rd., Wilmette, died Nov. 29 in Evanston Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Lillian; two sons, Richard Scott of Chicago and Jerrold Arthur, at home; and two sisters, Mrs. Loretta Primm and Mrs. Lavinia Vodicka, both of Glenview. Burial in All Saints Cenetery, Des Plaines.
