Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

2004-Z-77 250 Vista Court

A request by Raanan and Nurit Crystal for an 8' front yard setback variation and a 151.94 s.f. (7.19%) front yard impervious surface variation to permit the construction of a two-car garage on the legal non-conforming structure on the property legally described as:
