- Gloria Hoffman, formerly of Winnetka, announces the engagement of her daughter, Susan Marie to Kendall James Brant of Edina, Minn., son of Penny and the late Eric Brant of Cincinnati. Susan is also the daughter of the late Thomas Hoffman, former owner of the Kenilworth, East Wilmette News Agency and a Winnetka resident. A March wedding is planned in Jackson Hole, Wyo.
