- Mrs. Anne Higginson Spicer of Kenilworth died last Sunday night at Fall River, Massachusetts. Services were held Wednesday afternoon at Westport Point, near Fall River. Her father was the late Charles M. Higginson. Her husband, Vibe Kierulff Spicer died in 1927. Mrs. Spicer is survived by her elderly mother, Mrs. Kate Nihen Higginson, and one brother, George Higginson of Hawthorne, California.
