- Brian James Avery, 13, died Dec. 28 suddenly in Costa Rica.
Survivors include his parents, Brian and Janet (nee Creevy) Avery; his siblings, Annie, Tony, Francie and Petey Avery; his grandmothers, Francie (nee Lucas) Creevy and Marge (Ray Andrews) (nee Kreulen) Avery; his grandfather Bill (Heidi) Avery; his aunts and uncles, Patrick (Susie) Creevy, Kevin (Darcy) Creevy, Katie (Billy) O'Connor, Ann (Jimmy) Fox, Colleen (Bob) Cording, Bobby (Sarah Hughes) Creevy, Brian (Pam) Creevy, Mary Creevy, Janet Avery and Susan (Jeff) Hunt; his cousins, Caitlin, Connor, Francie, Patrick, Bree and Clementine Creevy, Madeleine, Meghan, Michael, Kevin and Kathleen Creevy, Margie, Matt, Bill, Claire and Catherine OConnor, Tim, Jimmy and Meggie Fox, Robert, Daniel and Thomas Cording, Colleen, Jack and Aidan Creevy, Katherine, Luke and Carmel Creevy, and Collin and Maggie Hunt.
He is predeceased by his grandfather, Robert Creevy; and his uncle Timmy Creevy.
Services were held on Monday, Jan. 3 at Saint Francis Xavier Church in Wilmette
Interment was at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
