- Jane Sowers Richards, of Oak Park, died Dec. 23 in Rush Oak Park Hospital.
Born Sept. 16, 1913, in Chicago to Alva Boyd Sowers and Nina Vittum Sowers.
Mrs. Richards was predeceased by her husband, Winthrop.
Survivors include three sons, Donald (Elizabeth) of St. Charles, Mo., James (Marianne) of River Forest and Robert (Nancy) of Villa Park; four grandchildren, Laura (Lucas) Jerden of Garner, N.C., Peter (Ayse) of San Francisco, David (Katie) of Hendersonville, N.C., and Penelope (John) Eversole of Seattle; and four great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Sturgeon Bay, Wis.
