- Richard Nash, Jr., 82, a resident of Northfield, formerly of Wilmette and Northbrook, died, Oct. 22 at his Northfield residence. Mr. Nash Born Oct. 7, 1922 in Sioux City, Iowa the middle child and oldest son of the late Richard and Florence (nee Kidd) Nash. In 1951, he married Charlotte Kutten and shortly thereafter they moved to Northbrook. In 1962, he and his brother Jim founded Nash Realty in Winnetka In 1964, the family moved to Wilmette where they spent the next 38 years. He survived by his wife Charlotte (nee Kutten) Nash; four sons, Richard (Constance) Nash, III of Glenview, Frank (Cindy) Nash of Wilmette, Joseph (Sara) Nash of Winnetka and Thomas (Sherry) Nash of Kenilworth; four daughters, Charlotte Aines of Glenview, Mary (Andy) McKenna of Chicago, Peggy Nash of Glenview, and Patty (Pat) Mullen of New Jersey; 25 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, William (Rita) Nash of Wilmette. He is predeceased by two sisters, Margaret (Robert) Brooks and Mary (Earl) Raff; and a brother, James (the late Regina) Nash. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, Oct. 25 at Sts. Faith, Hope & Charity Church in Winnetka. Interment was private at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
