Notes: The Lodge Hall was recently purchased by Ed Sanders, owner of Millen Hardware, 1219 Wilmette Ave. His store is housed in Lodge Hall along with The Big Picture, which sells home theater systems. The building was constructed in 1901 as The Wilmette. It was an early example of mixed-use building including The Wilmette Athletic Club, a clothing and shoe store, a cigar shop, The Wilmette Bakery and Lunch Room. The upper room became the meeting spot for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows at A.T. Sherman Lodge.
