Miss Gertrude Roemer, 62, died Monday night at the Augustanta hospital in Chicago following an operation. Miss Roemer is survived by five brothers, Peter, Joseph, John, George and Simon, all of Wilmette, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Caroline Roemer, also of Wilmette. She was born in the house on Glenview road where her brother George now lives. For the last five years she hd lived with two other brothers, Joseph and Simon. The funeral services were to be held this morning at 10 o’clock from the late residence, 2739 Glenview road, to St. Joseph’s church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s cemetery.
